This study reports the development and expert evaluation of an AI-driven Trauma Conversation Simulator designed to help frontline workers practise trauma-informed dialogue. The evaluation identified strengths in realism and emotional sensitivity, as well as areas for refinement to strengthen clinical usefulness.
