At Sentinel, safeguarding is central to our mission. We are committed to protecting the wellbeing, privacy, and safety of everyone who uses our services. Every element of our approach — from data security and clinical governance to the way we design trauma-informed resources — is built around creating a safe space for those affected by trauma. The organisations listed below, alongside the support available through the Sentinel app, form part of this safeguarding network: trusted pathways to care, guidance, and recovery when you need it most.

Family Support
Families are central to resilience and recovery. When stress or trauma touches one person, it often affects the whole family system. At Sentinel, we recognise that family members need support in their own right as well as resources to help them care for their loved ones.
Our Family Support section provides guidance on building healthy routines together, encouraging open and respectful conversations, and strengthening connection and trust. We also highlight resources that are designed specifically for families and carers offering safe spaces to share experiences, access peer support, and look after their own wellbeing.
Supporting families means recognising their role in recovery and their own needs for care and resilience. By providing tools for both, Sentinel helps create stronger, healthier family systems where everyone can thrive.
